And if you’re a seasoned fitness fanatic, she can help you smash your goals, too. With qualifications in both fitness and lifestyle coaching, she’ll provide you with the right tools to push yourself further than you thought possible.
Nat also loves combining her love for human movement with snow sports; helping snowboarders and skiers get their body ready for a huge season on the slopes with sports specific training and stretching programs so you don’t waste any powder days.
