Combat Conditioning Circuit
Combat Sports, whether its Muay Thai, MMA, K1 or Boxing, is undeniably one of the most demanding and rigorous endeavours a human can partake in. Therefore it is safe to assume that the condition of one’s physical fitness and strength is a significant factor when it comes to training and fighting effectively. Our fitness, flexibility, mobility, strength, stamina, co-ordination, agility, quickness, and balance, must all be addressed when it comes to Combat Sports training.
Our Combat Conditioning program is specifically designed to develop your physical fitness to an extremely high level and to maximize your mental toughness, so you can reap the most from your training. Many factors of a fight are out of your hands, in the sense that you can’t pick the judges, or the skill level of your opponents. But what you can control is your own training, and preparing with a serious conditioning program is step one on the road to success… neglecting such training could very well prove disastrous in the ring or cage.
Combat Conditioning Circuit Sessions are on Tuesday from 7:00 – 8:00pm.
This High-Energy Circuit is designed to get you in the best shape imaginable. This session is not just for fighters and is structured so that anyone of any fitness level can participate. All you need is so motivation and we’ll do the rest!
